Trade finance specialist - Commodity trading

Missions

• Oversee day-to-day treasury operations and trade finance activities.

• Manage bank accounts, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues.

• Prepare and coordinate documentation for account openings and internal KYC procedures.

• Conduct daily cash flow forecasting and monitoring.

• Contribute to treasury system enhancements, automation, and process optimization.

• Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.

• Administer Letters of Credit, ensuring full compliance with international trade practices.

• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for the issuance and amendment of Letters of Credit.

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to Letters of Credit.

Profil du candidat

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, or Commerce.

• Proven experience in a Finance or Treasury function is required.

• Strong command of MS Office; familiarity with treasury or accounting concepts is an advantage.

• Excellent proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken, is essential.
