Procurement business analyst

Your Mission

  • Shares part of Purchasing activities by managing a dedicated portfolio under guidance from an experienced Strategic Purchaser
  • Provides a range of analyst services from both internal and external sources to support the business and strategic needs of the Purchasing department
  • From a deep analysis of the data available from the Company’s databases, designs and packages new KPIs supporting the Procurement strategy and helping the Purchasing Manager to implement it within the Department
  • Designs and submits comprehensive weekly, monthly and/or quarterly briefings, presentations and reports including high-value quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Continuously maintains, updates and enriches these briefings, presentations and reports
  • Packages the quantitative and qualitative data analysis into an easy-to-read, understandable Newsletter for a wider publication
  • If necessary, shares part of Assistant tasks to provide administrative support
  • Provides support for designing and continuously improving and implementing the Purchasing processes

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or master’s degree from economic, commerce or geopolitics education programs
  • A previous experience is expected in Supplier or Customer relationship, planification, data analysis and high-quality document edition
  • Good knowledge of statistical methods
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excel pivot tables and/or VBA a real asset
  • Experience with ERPs and/or CRMs is necessary
  • Proven skills in project management tools and reporting methods are distinctive differentiators
  • Very good spoken and written English
