Your Tasks:
- Independent preparation and assessment of loan applications for the financing of single-family and multi-family homes as well as condominiums on behalf of mortgage brokers
- Independent preparation of extensions, pending matters, and control templates
- Recording of annual financial statements from real estate companies
- Credit monitoring tasks (e.g., construction cost controls)
- General support for customer advisors (phone, correspondence, etc.)
- Selective participation in customer meetings and projects
Your Profile:
- Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial basic training with further education in Banking & Finance
- First professional experience in the banking and/or financial environment
- High service and customer orientation as well as a structured and precise way of working
- Confidence in dealing with different tasks and challenges
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of intensive customer contact
- Flexibility and willingness to actively contribute to our team and take on responsibility
