Portrait of the School/Institution
Schliern is located southwest of the city of Bern and is easily accessible by public transport (bus no. 10). The school is situated on the southern edge of the village and borders a recreational area with agricultural businesses.
Currently, 20 school and 8 kindergarten classes are taught at our school. The approximately 530 children are supported in their daily work by a total of around 66 teachers. We perceive heterogeneity positively, place great value on a good relationship with the pupils and parents. We are characterised by a strong team spirit. Our focus in school development is the "New Authority".

Tasks
You will take on a workload of 17L (Mon, Tue and Thu) as a substitute in the first quarter of the new school year (1.8.26-20.9.26), including the role of class teacher. You will lead the 2nd grade together with the class team in a respectful and clear manner. You enjoy working in a larger, committed and well-organised staff (three to four parallel classes per year group).
Requirements
- Training as a teacher or studies at the PH
- Teaching experience desired
- Openness to working with the "New Authority"
- Cheerful and committed personality
