In this responsible and varied position, you carry out cleaning and maintenance work according to established procedures. You prepare machines, equipment, and cleaning products professionally and ensure cleanliness and hygiene in apartments, common areas, and offices. In doing so, you adhere to our ecological and economic guidelines as well as the applicable standards for occupational safety.
Complying with operational and personal hygiene standards is a matter of course for you and part of your work ethic.

Your Profile
- Training as a building cleaner / specialist in cleaning technology EFZ
- Professional experience is an advantage Experience in the use of CAFM is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German
- Neat appearance
- Efficient and careful working method
- Flexibility and ability to set priorities
- Teamwork skills
- Understanding and empathy for elderly people
