The clinic's three integrative, fully digitalised operating theatres are among the best equipped of their kind technically. The main medical specialties include general surgery, anaesthesiology, orthopaedic surgery and trauma of the musculoskeletal system, and gynaecology. Job Description

• Management and further development of the anaesthesia nursing and recovery room departments
• Planning of personnel resources for the anaesthesia nursing and recovery room departments
• Care of patients during regional or general anaesthesia under medical supervision
• Handling and provision of all respirators, monitoring devices, materials and medications
• Coordination of interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Participation in the on-call duty system (Monday to Sunday)

Qualifications

• Certified Expert in Anaesthesia Nursing NDS HF with several years of clinical experience
• Leadership training and leadership experience desired
• Leadership strength, assertiveness and role model function
• Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial understanding
• Willingness to actively promote innovation, digitalisation and modern processes
• Resilience, decisiveness and willingness to work flexibly
• Empathetic, patient-oriented attitude
• Strong team skills and motivation for the further development of the department
