Field of activity
Department administration in all areas (course offerings, student files, various exams, calendar, website, minute-taking, personnel files, operating credit and third-party funds, etc.)
Coordination and organisation of faculty and rectorate activities within the department
Administrative collaboration with the Institute of Multilingualism (information, activities, etc.)
Internal communication (students, department team, other departments, Faculty of Arts and Eduform Faculty, central services)
External communication at the University (prospective students, institutions, media, etc.)
Requirements
Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or qualification deemed equivalent
Experience in administrative and organisational tasks
Autonomy and structured working method
Very good planning and organisational skills
Sense of responsibility, flexibility and service orientation
Very good command of German and French, solid knowledge of English
Language requirements
French
with very good knowledge of the other language
