Your new roleYou will take charge of a lively children's group aged 4 to 13 years and actively shape their daily life and leisure activities in a varied and committed manner. In close collaboration with the team and in regular exchange with the parents, you ensure the best possible care and individual support of the children – based on our framework concept and quality guidelines. You contribute reflectively and conceptually to the team work, reliably take on administrative tasks and have good PC user skills.We look forward to you if you bring a tertiary qualification (HF/FH) in social work or childhood education. Have experience working with children as well as with different life realities and needs. Convince through reliability, resilience and an appreciative and solution-oriented attitude. Enjoy working in a team and count reflective as well as conceptual work among your strengths.
