The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the elderly and health centers Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, senior living, and counseling with a total of around 240 employees is a non-profit corporation wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.

We are looking for you to complement our motivated team.
Your new tasks
- Independent care and treatment in manageable care situations and participation in assessment
- Support of case management in complex care and active involvement in the care process
- Service recording and care documentation using SWING and RAI-HC
- Co-responsibility for good collaboration in the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Participation in quality improvement
- Training of new employees
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a health specialist EFZ
- Strong in medical-technical tasks and supporting the care process in Spitex
- Good organizational and delegating skills
- Understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration
- High independence and networked thinking
- Very good oral and written German skills as well as IT knowledge
- Category B driving license is an advantage
