The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
From May 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a position at the Schönenbüel residential home in Teufen:
Night Shift Specialist (70%)
What awaits you:
- You work as a night watch at the Schönenbüel residential home (43 residents in 5 living groups) and ensure safety standards during the night
What we expect:
- Completed training, preferably in the field of disability care, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric nursing, or in the nursing field
- Preferably experience in night shifts
- High resilience and flexibility
