Asset Servicing is a professionally versatile department with specialized teams at the locations in Switzerland and Spain. Together we ensure that our services in the areas of Corporate Actions, Income Processing, and Proxy Voting are delivered reliably and efficiently. As a working student, you work directly in the operational daily business – and beyond that, you get the opportunity to analyze processes, identify optimization potentials, and contribute your own ideas.

These are your tasks
- Participation in daily business in various areas of Asset Servicing (Corporate Actions, Income, Proxy Voting)
- Support in the high-quality and timely processing of customer orders
- Analysis of workflows and participation in the further development of processes
- Bringing in your own improvement suggestions and supporting their implementation
- Collaboration with multiple teams as well as international interfaces
What you bring with you
- Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies (e.g. Economics, Finance, Banking, Data/Analytics or comparable)
- A completed banking apprenticeship, experience in the area of Securities Services is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment in questioning and improving things
- Above-average customer and service orientation
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
