To strengthen our team, we are looking for a tech-savvy, reliable personality who supports our systems in daily business and ensures smooth processes. In this role, you will handle support requests, maintain and optimize our tools, take responsibility for content management, and ensure the quality of our digital processes. You will work closely with Operations, Front Office, IT, and other internal stakeholders.
Your mission with us:
- You handle support tickets and operational requests in daily business.
- You manage and maintain our systems such as PMS, Guest Journey Messaging, check-in software, and other operational tools.
- You are responsible for content management on the systems.
- You perform configurations and system technical adjustments.
- You take over quality assurance and check existing processes for errors.
- You support training as well as the introduction of new functions.
- You work closely with Operations, Front Office, IT, and other internal stakeholders.
Your qualities that inspire us:
- You have experience with operational systems (e.g., PMS, Guest Messaging, CRM) or have a strong technical affinity.
- You have a quick grasp and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
- You work structured, precise, and with a high quality standard.
- Ideally, you have experience in support or IT-related environments.
- You have good German and English skills.
- You are a reliable, detail-oriented hands-on personality.
- You strive to complete tasks cleanly and consistently.
- You are resilient, patient, and service-oriented.
- You are a team player and at the same time able to work independently.
