Job Description
What awaits you
- You manage the cost control of building construction projects in the development, planning and realisation phases and carry out cost planning as well as measures for cost control and cost monitoring, supported by Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- You support the overall project management in the handling of projects in the area of PSI (Project Support Intern).
- You independently prepare specifications for demanding building construction projects by individual trades as well as functional performance descriptions.
- You take on cost and result responsibility for the respective project as well as tasks such as bid evaluation, award negotiations and bid follow-up.
- You work integrally with all specialist departments (architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering, construction management) and external specialist planners in close coordination.
- You represent ATP towards authorities and executing companies.
- In doing so, you participate in the evaluation and analysis of quantities in the integral team from the Revit or BIM model.
- You see the ATP Green Deal as a green guideline in the implementation of climate-neutral planning with the goal of sustainable buildings.
Qualifications
What you bring
- You have a technical education or a completed degree in architecture or civil engineering.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Your career shows several years of professional experience in tendering and awarding as well as in cost planning of construction projects.
- You have knowledge of the relevant approval and planning regulations, laws, regulations and standards.
- You have already acquired knowledge in tendering programmes, ideally iTWO, and have a strong interest in advancing model-based cost planning and tendering.
- You have a pronounced awareness of deadlines, costs and quality.
- You inspire with your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
- An engaged, structured and responsible way of working as well as the motivation to acquire new knowledge and skills complete your profile.
