What is my role?

• Preparation of orders and documents for production

• Checking the completeness of drawings, parts lists and other production documents

• Ordering the required materials and monitoring delivery dates

• Recording and maintaining order and material data in the respective systems

• Coordination with purchasing, design and production

• Support in production and scheduling planning

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed commercial apprenticeship as a merchant with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

• Interest in technical processes and organisational tasks

• Enjoy working with different departments

• A reliable and structured way of working

• Good German & English skills

• Good user knowledge of MS Office
