Maintenance Specialist - for an exciting permanent position

• Carrying out maintenance and special cleaning in and on various properties in the cantons of Obwalden, Nidwalden and Lucerne
• Ensuring high cleaning quality and customer satisfaction
• Proper use of cleaning agents, machines and equipment
• Independent as well as team-oriented execution of daily tasks
• Compliance with safety regulations and work guidelines
• Support during on-call and winter service deployments

• Completed training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ, Building Cleaner EFZ or comparable training with experience in cleaning
• Enjoyment in cleaning buildings and their surroundings
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Efficient, structured and clean working method
• Friendly, reliable and discreet personality
• Independent working style as well as teamwork and flexibility
• Driver's license category B (mandatory)
• Trailer test advantageous or willingness to obtain it
• Certificate to operate work platforms advantageous or willingness to obtain it
