- Completed vocational training and further education in sales, trade, or business administration
- Professional experience in the insurance industry and passed intermediary examination (VBV) is an advantage
- Affinity for financial and pension products
- Established in the region with a personal network is essential
- Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
- Winning and resilient personality combined with a high customer and service orientation
- High independence and flexibility
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
