Registered Nurse as Team Leader Nursing, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You lead, accompany and support your nursing team in everyday work
• You ensure professional and high-quality care and support for the residents
• You also take responsibility for care planning and correct documentation
• You actively participate in daily nursing work and support your team in challenging situations
• The application of the RAI LTCF classification system is also an important part of your responsibilities
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a qualified nurse / nurse HF / FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Ideally, you already have some leadership experience or want to take the next career step
• Experience in the RAI LTCF area is desirable
• You work independently, responsibly and appreciate teamwork
