Our house «Casa Solaris» in Gossau (SG) offers elderly people „self-determined living in old age“. According to this innovative concept, 32 care places and 48 apartments with a variety of service offerings are available.

Assisted living makes it possible to live in your own apartment and still receive quick help, care, or other services if needed. For this innovative and future-oriented institution, we are looking for a Health Specialist (50 – 100%) in early and late shifts, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• In this versatile and interesting role, you are responsible for the day and late shifts.
• You have an above-average resident and service orientation.
• You convince both professionally and personally in a sustainable way and can set the right priorities.
• As a specialist, you support and relieve our nursing staff in everyday work.

Our requirements

• Do you have a completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ?
• Do you have an above-average sense of responsibility?
• Do you empathetically respond to the diverse needs of our residents?
• Do you convince both professionally and personally and can set the right priorities?
• Do you possibly already have user knowledge of the RAI system (RAI-NH or RAI-HC)?
