Within our "Transport & Infrastructure" unit, we are looking for our team based in Lausanne, a:

Senior Project Manager – Electrical Engineering (Transport) 80-100%

In this role, you will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, spirit of innovation, and friendliness.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

Manage complex electrical engineering projects related to transport infrastructure (road and urban), from study phases to commissioning, ensuring quality, deadlines, safety, and budget compliance.

Project Management

• Development and monitoring of schedule, budget, and resources
• Coordination of internal teams, partners, and subcontractors
• Monitoring indicators, reporting, and risk management

Technical

• Supervision of electrical engineering studies (high/low currents, signaling, lighting, etc.)
• Validation of technical choices and compliance with current standards
• Management of interfaces with other systems

Studies and Expertise

• Participation in key phases: preliminary studies, project, tenders, execution, and commissioning

Client and Partner Relations

• Interface with project owners, operators, and authorities
• Facilitation of meetings and multi-disciplinary coordination

Quality, Safety, Environment

• Application of QSE procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Contribution to continuous improvement

COULD IT BE YOU?

• Holder of an EPF Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management in transport infrastructure
• Proficiency in management tools (MS Project…) and Swiss standards
• Rigor, sense of responsibility, respect for deadlines and budgets
• Initiative, autonomy, and a taste for teamwork
• Experience in a multidisciplinary environment (systems, automation)
• Fluency in French and English
