Your responsibilities:

• Specialist co-responsibility in the care of psychiatric patients in inpatient or outpatient settings
• Supervision and support of junior doctors, psychologists and nursing teams
• Diagnosis, therapy planning and implementation of psychotherapeutic and pharmacological treatments
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing, social services, occupational and movement therapy
• Participation in case discussions, quality circles and further training
• Opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and to help shape treatment concepts

Your competencies:

• Specialist title Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (German, Austrian or EU recognised)
• German language skills at level B2 or higher
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and supervision
• Open, empathetic personality with a sense of responsibility and team spirit
