Your field of activity

• After successful calculation and project acquisition, you take over the management of projects in the areas of civil engineering, special civil engineering, excavation and dismantling
• You plan the best possible use of our infrastructure (machines and tools) together with the team management and coordinate the timely, quality and cost-compliant execution of all construction measures
• You keep a close eye on quality, costs and deadlines throughout the entire project duration
• You use internal interfaces and synergies to jointly handle suitable projects with our building and civil engineering teams
• In complex projects, you take responsibility for civil and special civil engineering works, excavations as well as dismantling works, thus offering our customers a comprehensive "all-in-one" solution

Your foundation

• You have completed further training as a construction foreman and have solid practical experience
• In teamwork, you rely on trust, honesty and open communication
• Thanks to your convincing personality and entrepreneurial thinking, you find it easy to motivate and lead your team
• Due to your customer and solution orientation, you are convinced that project success and customer satisfaction are top priorities
