As a Construction Manager with us, you take full responsibility for our construction projects, from the groundbreaking to the handover of keys. You ensure that the schedule is adhered to, quality standards are maintained, and savings potentials are recognized. With your multitasking talent, you coordinate the contractors and ensure that everything runs safely and smoothly on the construction site.

Your mission – From groundbreaking to handover of keys

• Take responsibility: As a Construction Manager, you take full responsibility for our projects, from "Let’s get started!" to "Welcome to your new home!". You are our most important link to the contractors and the backbone of the construction site.
• Keep the schedule in check: With a watchful eye, you ensure that deadlines are met and our quality standards are maintained.
• Multitasking: You coordinate our contractors with finesse and nerves of steel – even when the storm hits.
• Keep an eye on costs: You recognize savings potentials and ensure efficiency, which not only makes the controlling happy.
• Safety first: You ensure that everything runs safely on the construction site – occupational safety and health are a given for you.

This is you – Organizational talent, all-rounder

• Qualification: You have a degree in civil engineering, as a construction manager, or as a draftsman. Or you come from practice and bring solid experience as a craftsman with an additional qualification in construction management.
• Language skills: You are proficient in German, both spoken and written. Additional knowledge of English or French is a plus.
• Technical skills: MS Office, MS Project, Messerli
• Structured work: Even when the construction plan looks like a ball of yarn, you never lose the thread.
• Communication: You communicate openly, clearly, and gladly – with the team, with entrepreneurs, and with everyone else who wants to have a say.
• Team spirit: You bring people together and remain friendly, even when the construction fence is on fire. Construction management with heart and brain.
