- Maintenance and troubleshooting of systems
- Providing technical support and solution consulting to the sales team
- Execution and planning of customer projects
- Creating documentation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services, networking, security, firewall, Azure, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience as a System Engineer
- Driving licence category B
- Very good German / good English
- At least 5 weeks of holiday

Tasks
- Assistance in 2nd and 3rd level support- Maintenance and troubleshooting of systems

Profile
- Completed higher vocational education in computer science or equivalent further training- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services, networking, security, firewall, Azure, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience as a System Engineer
- Driving licence category B
