YOUR MISSION
- Support of strategic key customers as well as international customers (German/English) including technical product advice in the field of sealing technology
- Independent processing and support of customer projects including project management, deadline monitoring and task tracking
- Creation, calculation and follow-up of offers up to sales completion as well as maintenance of price lists and contracts
- Commercial processing and coordination of orders in close cooperation with purchasing and engineering
- Recording and maintenance of special items, parts lists, operation plans and work instructions
- Responsibility for error and complaint management as well as margin controlling
- Active identification of business opportunities and conducting price negotiations with customers
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial or technical training with a focus on sales
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in the sale of technical products
- Experience in an industrial environment as well as enjoyment in working with technical data and drawings
- Confident handling of ERP systems and very good MS Office skills
- German at native level and good English skills in spoken and written form
- High sales affinity, proactive and resilient personality with goal orientation
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability as well as enjoyment in customer care and sales
