IT Specialist 60-100%

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual as an IT Specialist (60–100%) with development potential and enthusiasm for responsibility.

• Co-responsibility for the stable and secure operation of the IT infrastructure in collaboration with external partners
• Maintenance and further development of IT documentation as well as end-user instructions
• You provide 2nd-level support for technical questions regarding internal applications and support 1st-level support if needed
• Recording and coordination of requirements as well as their implementation with specialist departments and external partners
• Participation in IT projects (e.g., system introductions, rollouts, optimizations)

• Training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification; career changers with relevant experience are also welcome
• Service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style with willingness to take responsibility
• Solid experience in service desk (1st and 2nd level support)
• Good knowledge of Windows (client and server), Microsoft Office, backup solutions, network, and Active Directory
• Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage: VMware (Horizon, ESXi, vCenter), Microsoft Exchange
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German
• Experience in a hospital environment and with a hospital information system (KIS) is an advantage
