We are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement with a committed and empathetic
Receptionist (60-100 %, m/f/d)
who wants to bring their experience and passion to provide our patients with first-class care and new hope.
Your tasks:
You are responsible for the professional care of our customers, appointment coordination, as well as telephone and personal consultation. You maintain customer and patient data, are responsible for billing and the pet shop. Furthermore, you ensure a smooth operation of the reception and consultation hours and act as a link between customers, our veterinarians, and administration. Additionally, you answer incoming emails and are in contact with referring veterinarians.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a TPA
- Friendly and cheerful demeanor with a great flair for customer contact
- High empathy for animals and their owners
- Experience in administration is an advantage and organization at the front desk
- Good IT user skills and organizational talent
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, English and other language skills are an advantage
- Enjoyment of working in a well-coordinated team
- Accurate, independent, and efficient working style, even in a hectic everyday life
- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts and open to jumping in other departments
