Metalworker for Position with Prospect of Chief Fitter Role!
Activities
- Assembly and maintenance work on combustion systems of waste incineration plants throughout Switzerland
- Preparation of tools and materials for maintenance assignments
- Independent work on site
- Leadership and guidance of an assembly team
- Coordination of work on site
- Direct contact with customers and project managers
- Preparation of maintenance reports
Requirements
- Completed training in the metal sector or as an agricultural machinery/truck mechanic
- Experience in assembly, ideally in plant or power station construction
- Technical understanding, teamwork skills and customer orientation
- Willingness to travel for assembly assignments (2–3 weeks)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage but not essential
