• Accompanying, caring for, and nursing people with disabilities
• Taking on leadership tasks in agreement with the team leader
• Supporting the team leader in managing the residential group team and co-responsibility for the eight clients of the residential group
• Ensuring the theory-practice transfer as a practical instructor
• Participation in projects and internal working groups
• Participation in holiday and leisure activities of the residential group
• Taking on the role of key worker
• Handling administrative tasks

• Completed studies as a social pedagogue HF or FH
• Further training as a practical instructor or willingness to complete it
• Responsible, independent, and team-capable personality with high social competence
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office)
• Driver's license category B
