The Flury Foundation ensures comprehensive and integrated healthcare in the Prättigau region with more than 600 employees at the Schiers hospital, the three nursing homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, Spitex, assisted living, the daycare center, parent counseling, and the Medical Center Klosters.

We are looking for a
Employee Activation 30%
starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities include:
- Independently planning, organizing, and conducting resource-oriented activation
- Designing daily activities in group or individual settings in collaboration with nursing staff
- Planning and conducting excursions and events
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with all other areas of the operation
- Coordinating volunteer staff, e.g., walking groups or game afternoons
- Creating weekly and monthly programs
Your profile:
- You have training as a Health and Social Assistant, Care Specialist, further education in activation, or
- You are a career changer with training at the level of a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- You are creative, goal-oriented, work independently, and enjoy working with people
- You take on activating and caregiving tasks (creative design, singing, memory training)
- You have high social competence in dealing with elderly people
