What you can achieve
- Analysis and processing of 2nd-level support requests
- Documentation of software errors and close collaboration with our agile development teams
- Development and maintenance of automated end-to-end tests
- Execution of manual regression tests for our eHealth solutions
- Design and implementation of interface tests for our APIs
- Active participation in the further development of our test strategy and test processes
- Creation of meaningful test reports as a basis for decision-making for product management
What you bring with you
- Experience in customer contact and enjoyment of project-oriented work
- High initiative, willingness to learn, and quality awareness
- Solid knowledge in at least one test automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Understanding of modern software development processes and agile methods
- Experience with issue tracking tools like Jira
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare market or eHealth environment is an advantage
- Very good German skills (native) as well as good English skills
