Floor Supervisor 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- Ensuring cleanliness and preservation of value throughout the entire house
- Inspection of rooms as well as public areas, including the spa area
- Coordination of all workflows in housekeeping
- Conducting briefings for employees and supporting training planning
- Ensuring high guest satisfaction
- Supervision of interns, trainees, and trial learners
- Support in the laundry department as well as participation in monthly and semi-annual inventories
What we expect from you
- Training as a hotel specialist EFZ or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in the hotel industry and in a similar position is an advantage
- High standards of cleanliness and order
- Flexible, resilient, and communicative personality with pronounced team spirit
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Good knowledge of German; English and French skills are an advantage
