CNC Milling Machine Operator 100% 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You manufacture and inspect prototypes as well as single and small series

• You operate and programme modern CNC-controlled 5-axis milling centres Quaser with robot cell

• You set up machines and programme directly at the machine or on the PC

• You work precisely according to technical drawings and monitor the production process

• You carry out tool changes and optimise the machining parameters

• You maintain the machines and document your work according to ISO 9001

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or an equivalent qualification

• Solid practical experience in CNC milling technology

• Knowledge in programming with AlphaCam as well as handling Heidenhain controls

• Willingness and interest to familiarise yourself with new technologies such as robotics and automation

• A precise, conscientious and quality-oriented way of working

• Independence, sense of responsibility and strong team orientation
