Junior Construction Manager, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• In this role, you control the construction processes, negotiate with suppliers and supervise subcontractors on the construction sites
• You will also be introduced to tendering and costing and occasionally take on drawing tasks
• You will optimise work steps and take responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs
• You also ensure a smooth process and are the contact person for architects, specialist planners, contractors and craftsmen
• An experienced construction manager will support you in this role
• The workload can be between 80% and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• You have training as a structural draughtsperson / architectural draughtsperson, bricklayer, carpenter or similar (m/f/d)
• Initial experience in construction management and/or further training as a construction manager / construction technician or willingness to undertake further training is desirable but not mandatory
• Do you consider yourself communicative, reliable, well organised and precise in your work?
