Customer Service Clerk Kitchens & Bathrooms
Tasks
- Handling complaints from our demanding customers
- Placing reorders with suppliers
- Providing competent information on warranty services and their execution
- Professional support for sales and planning staff
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter, plumber or professional experience in a similar role
- Further training in AVOR, as a Technical Salesman / Technical Saleswoman or comparable further education is an advantage
- Willingness to change professionally
- Friendly and customer-oriented demeanour
