Your main tasks:
- Operation and monitoring of building technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical, etc.)
- Execution of repair and maintenance work
- Care of outdoor facilities such as landscaping, leaf and snow removal
- Waste separation and disposal.
- Participation in conversion and renovation projects
- Support at events such as timely provision of meeting and conference rooms
- Quality control regarding cleaning, building, safety
- Accompanying third parties (e.g., suppliers)
- Execution and reporting of on-demand work/additional services
- Supervision and parameter adjustments on the building management system
- Supervision of electrical or sanitary systems
- On-call duty
- Deputy property manager
Your profile:
- Completed technical/craft vocational training or training as a federally certified caretaker
- Manual skills and technical understanding
- Several years of professional experience in technical and infrastructural building maintenance
- Organizational and communication talent, constructive teamwork
- Proficient German skills in communication and correspondence (e.g., customer orders by email)
- Driving license category B
- Good IT user skills (MS Office Word, Excel)
