What you bring:

• a completed ICT apprenticeship EFZ or training in the ICT field as well as a completed ICT education at HF/FH level
• professional experience in incident, problem, change and release management
• very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• driving licence category B for on-site assignments in the supported organisational units
• a team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality with a high level of commitment and quality orientation

Your working environment
The Department of Economic Affairs and the Interior fulfils important tasks in policing, law enforcement, penal system, migration and integration, municipal supervision and the economy with its ten divisions and over 2,400 employees. The General Secretariat provides central services for the department and acts as the interface to the overall administration.

The IT and Digitalisation Section of the General Secretariat supports around 1,300 IT workstations from seven divisions and manages projects in the IT sector. It ensures the operation and further development of specialised applications and IT services.
