To support the successful development of our general agency in Geneva, we are looking for a Sales Manager reporting directly to the general agent, tasked with leading a team of advisors and developing business in the Geneva region.
The various tasks awaiting you:
- Train, support, and regularly monitor external service advisors
- Participate in the agency's strategy
- Manage a client portfolio and contribute to its development; identify client needs and offer them adapted and differentiated solutions
- Propose process improvements related to the evolution of tools
- Know the trends of your market; regularly update yourself on their evolution
- Participate in and contribute to the economic and social life of your area; create contact opportunities, develop networks of indicators and business introducers, and actively influence them
What makes you unique:
- Intermediate Insurance Certificate AFA; IAF diploma or federal certificate would be an asset
- Several years of experience in insurance consulting and managing a sales team
- Excellent command of IT tools
- Native French speaker
