Job Description

For our location in Frick we are looking for a field sales representative as soon as possible:
 

Your tasks:

• Expand service business: You drive the growth of the service business in Switzerland, with a special focus on concluding maintenance contracts and selling contract-based services.
• Acquire new customers: Through targeted acquisition campaigns, you convince new crane operators in Switzerland of our services.
• Customer care: You are the direct contact person for our customers, advise them individually and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct needs analyses: You specifically identify the needs of our customers and develop customised solutions.
• Create offers: You present our range of services convincingly, prepare detailed offers and conduct successful contract negotiations through to conclusion.

Your profile:

• Education: Completed technical or commercial training or a degree, ideally in mechanical engineering.
• Personality: High persuasiveness and negotiation skills, combined with flexibility, willingness to travel, ability to work at heights and a valid driving licence.
• Experience: Initial sales experience in selling technically complex products as well as experience in competent customer consulting.
• Expertise: Solid commercial knowledge combined with technical understanding to act as a competent contact person for technical questions.
• IT skills: Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems as well as safe and efficient use of software tools.
• Language skills: Fluent German and French
