- Leading a team in the area of planning and construction-related facility management
- Active participation and support in construction projects as project manager operations / subproject manager IFM
- Development and implementation of operational management concepts as well as assistance in the creation of operational concepts
- Responsible for comparing costs over the entire lifecycle and estimating operating costs for buildings and systems
- Co-designing the further development of facility management
What You Bring to This Position
- Technical basic training with a degree in facility management or construction
- Several years of practical experience in project management
- In-depth experience in various functions in operational facility management, building management, real estate, and construction
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as independent and proactive working style
- Good communication skills in professional consulting in facility management processes including quality control
