The Analysis & RoKo department is responsible for the strategically important data analysis service of Ärztekasse for internal and external customers. To strengthen our motivated team in Urdorf, we are looking for a committed personality as of now or by arrangement as

Head of Analysis & RoKo (m/f)

Workload: 80 - 100%

Start: by arrangement

Duration: permanent

Workplace: Urdorf

Main tasks

• Data analysis: You analyze and visualize data, develop management information systems with the aim of providing real added value to our external and internal customers. The focus is on renewing or newly developing our current analysis services.
• RoKo: You are responsible for the operation and further development of the Rolling Cost Study (RoKo).
• Leadership: You lead and promote a team of currently 5 employees and jointly contribute to the company's success.
• Other tasks: You support the Director of Services in controlling, internal control system (ICS), and other operational and conceptual tasks.

Requirements

• Characteristics: You are distinguished by a strong affinity for numbers. In addition, you have pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking, accompanied by a systematic way of working. Motivation and self-drive are a matter of course for you. You are curious and live a can-do attitude and are characterized by a proactive, customer-oriented way of thinking and acting.
• Education: You have completed a degree (university of applied sciences, university) in mathematics, information management, natural sciences, statistics, or economics with a mathematical/statistical focus (Bachelor, Master is an advantage).
• Experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in data analysis/BI tools as well as several years of leadership experience.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; French is an advantage.
