Head Nurse / Co-Management, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Together with your co-manager, you are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team
• You also carry out appropriate personnel deployment planning
• Furthermore, you participate in nursing reports, nursing specialist discussions, interdisciplinary reports, and department management meetings
• In addition, you implement and support measures and operational structures to promote a pleasant atmosphere and a healthy working climate in accordance with the mission statement
• Participation in various projects rounds off your interesting and demanding area of responsibility
• It is also important that you are willing to work directly in nursing care
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a qualified nurse / nursing specialist FH / HF / DN2 or equivalent (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• Ideally, you can demonstrate professional and leadership experience
• A targeted further education is highly desirable but not mandatory
• However, it is important that you are also willing to work directly in nursing care
