Tasks
- Handle event inquiries via phone and email, ensuring great service.
- Create offers and reservation confirmations in DE/EN for clients.
- Conduct site inspections and manage event details with clients.
Skills
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or commercial sector required.
- Proficient in MS Office, with PMS knowledge a plus.
- Excellent German and very good English skills are essential.

- Preparation of function sheets and ensuring internal information flow
- Checking set-up and infrastructure

- Supporting the proactive sales team
Your skills
- Completed vocational training in hospitality/catering or commercial training
- Independent and accurate working style
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office; PMS is an advantage
- Enjoy interacting with our guests and organizing events
- Confident German and very good English skills
- Team player and cheerful personality
