What is this role about?

In this position, you support the team in the area of quality assurance and metrology through targeted administrative tasks. The position is particularly suitable for career changers with technical understanding or experienced professionals who want to apply their knowledge in an administrative environment.

What tasks will you take on?

• You prepare requests to external measurement service providers and independently create purchase requisitions in SAP.
• You reliably maintain and post material movements in SAP and ensure seamless documentation.
• You actively support system maintenance and generate meaningful evaluations from SAP.
• You create and process quality notifications, including defect complaints and material postings.
• You support the quality circle group, carefully document results, and ensure correct SAP posting within quality assurance.

 What do we expect from you? 

• You have completed training in a commercial or technical field – motivated career changers with relevant experience are also welcome.
• You are interested in quality assurance and metrology and enjoy precise, analytical work.
• Ideally, you have experience with SAP (especially in the QM module); English skills are an advantage.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and remain open to new things.
• You convince with organizational skills, team spirit, and clear communication.
