The Investment Reporting & Support team is part of the Reporting Services, which provides a broad range of reporting services and regulatory reporting.
Your team delivers investment reports and data across all business lines.

Your role
As a key member of the Investment Reporting & Support team, you will leverage your expertise in performance and attribution analysis to ensure the accurate set-up, production, and quality assurance of performance data and reports. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and provide expert support for advanced reporting queries.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Set-up, production, and quality control
Participate in the set-up, production, and ongoing support of performance and attribution analysis for a diverse range of portfolios. Ensure all reports are produced, reviewed, and validated to meet internal standards and client expectations.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and define portfolio parameters.
Actively participate in quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of performance and attribution data.
Contribute to projects aimed at improving and streamlining work processes, tools, and services within the team.
Liaise with Tech teams to implement modifications, resolve technical issues, and support the integration of new tools and processes.
- Customer support and technical advice
Provide timely and effective second-level support for performance and reporting queries, including data discrepancies, methodology questions, and system issues.
Act as a subject matter expert, supporting colleagues and stakeholders with complex performance and attribution issues.
Liaise with both internal and, occasionally, external clients to resolve advanced reporting queries.
Your profile
Hard skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in performance analysis, preferably within the banking or asset management sector
- Strong knowledge of performance measurement methodologies and attribution analysis
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office with experience in SQL, VBA and Python
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken
- Practical experience in the production/quality control of banking reports: an asset
- Practical experience with performance analysis tools: an asset
Soft skills
- Ability to clearly explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships across functions, fostering a collaborative, client-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
- Self-starter who works autonomously, manages priorities under tight deadlines, and continuously seeks process improvements.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent in work experience in the finance industry
- Must be resident in Switzerland
