Junior Project Manager Building Services Engineering

From March 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking to strengthen our team with a committed personality passionate about building and energy technology!

Your tasks include:

• You develop replacement concepts and variant comparisons for building services systems
• Using energy and condition analyses of HVAC systems, you determine renovation strategies and assist our clients with investment decisions
• You work on the design of HVAC replacement measures
• Thanks to your support in technical quality assurance, you help building services projects succeed
• For this, you can rely on our interdisciplinary team of experts in sustainability, building physics/acoustics, building simulation, and energetic operational optimization (eBO)

You have completed training in building or energy technology (HF or FH) and possess a solid understanding of energetic and thermodynamic processes. With enthusiasm, you develop and implement sustainable replacement concepts for HVAC systems, actively contributing to future-oriented building technology.

Ideally, you bring experience in planning building services systems and are familiar with the applicable Swiss standards. You communicate confidently and clearly in German – both spoken and written – and can explain complex technical contexts understandably.

You work diligently, independently, and with a holistic view of the project. At the same time, you value teamwork and convince with your high social competence and sense of responsibility.
