• Draft and negotiate agreements with external technology providers and partners.

• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on emerging legal trends and technologies.

Profile

• Degree in law and strong knowledge of technology law and related regulations - Bar qualification is a strong asset
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating technology-related contracts.
• A solid understanding of data protection laws and intellectual property rights.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
