These are your tasks

• You lead and develop a motivated spa team of four employees and are responsible for the training of our apprentices
• You perform holistic and individually tailored treatments for our guests – including cosmetic treatments, facial treatments, hand and foot care, massages, body wraps, peels, as well as other spa rituals
• You advise our guests professionally, expertly and sales-oriented, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• You develop new spa and wellness offers together with your supervisor and actively contribute your own ideas
• You are responsible for the sale of our products and services
• You take over the entire goods and inventory management and ensure optimal availability of products
• You create duty and holiday schedules and ensure efficient and economical staff deployment
• You are responsible for the management and maintenance of our spa management system and ensure high data quality
• You support and are responsible for compliance with and further development of our quality management and actively participate in the ISO certification
• Together with your team, you ensure first-class service and unforgettable moments of well-being for our guests every day

What we expect from you

• You have completed training as a certified beautician (EFZ); a trainer course is an advantage
• You bring solid further training and extensive experience in cosmetic and holistic body treatments
• You have several years of professional and ideally leadership experience
• You work independently, take responsibility and act entrepreneurially
• You have a strong service and quality awareness and are happy to go the extra mile for our guests
• You are communicative, team-oriented and convince with your warm personality
• You have a good understanding of digital systems and administrative processes and work confidently with modern software solutions
• You speak fluent German; additional language skills are an advantage
