WHAT YOU DO
As a Department Manager Trainee, you will gradually develop into the role of Department Manager. You will learn to support your team and foster an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking. You will work closely with leaders to ensure an excellent operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues in the store.
You:
- support ensuring a strong visual and commercial presentation to provide a great shopping experience for our customers, using service tools.
- analyse sales and budget targets together with experienced leaders and develop optimisation measures.
- assist with task and staff scheduling, as well as organising operational processes – from the sales floor to storage areas, including till and fitting room routines, as well as daily store opening and closing.
- actively participate in recruiting, onboarding, and regular feedback discussions, and learn how to strategically support the individual development of employees.
- have the ability to express yourself clearly and service-oriented in German (at least B2 level).
- have experience in fashion retail and understand the demands of a dynamic retail environment.
