The company realises demanding residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and places great emphasis on quality, teamwork, and efficient construction processes.

Job Description

• Organisation and management of construction sites in the new build sector
• Coordination of daily construction processes and deployed staff
• Planning and monitoring of deadlines, quality, and occupational safety
• Collaboration with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Material disposition as well as control of completed work
• Reporting and documentation of construction progress

We Expect

• Completed training in the main construction trade (e.g. bricklayer with federal certificate of competence)
• Further training as a foreman or several years of experience as a foreman / supervisor in building construction
• Experience in leading construction site teams
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B mandatory
