Corporate Account Sales Manager Lyreco Coffee Solutions (LCS) (m/f/d) 100%

Your mission:
You take overall responsibility for the development of our Lyreco Coffee Solutions (LCS) key account business (Corporate Accounts). Together with your team of 9 sales employees, you further develop our market position and drive the growth of our integrated coffee, beverage and workplace solutions in the Swiss market. In doing so, you manage budget, resources and sales activities, ensure that set targets are exceeded and work closely with your manager and Human Resources on strategic, financial and personnel decisions.
Your tasks:
- You take overall responsibility for sales, profitability, volume and sustainable growth of Lyreco Coffee Solutions including Coffee Operating Services (COS) in the corporate account business.
- Together with your team, you specifically acquire new customers, build a sustainable sales pipeline and drive growth at a high pace.
- You further develop strategic customers through targeted cross- and up-selling as well as long-term customer development strategies.
- You ensure professional opportunity, pipeline and forecast management as well as high CRM data quality.
- You lead, coach and develop your nine-member sales team and promote a performance-oriented sales culture focused on growth and new customer acquisition.
- You build sustainable relationships with decision-makers at C-level and senior management level and continuously develop these.
- You lead strategic and cross-departmental projects or actively participate in them.
- You represent Lyreco and the Lyreco Coffee Solutions division with customers, partners as well as at industry events and networking events.
Your profile and achievements:
- Completed studies in business administration, sales, marketing or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of leadership and sales experience in the B2B environment, ideally in corporate or key account management; leadership experience is a prerequisite.
- Proven success in acquiring new customers as well as expanding strategic customer relationships.
- Experience in strategic sales as well as professional management of sales pipelines, forecasts and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of consultancy-intensive solutions and the development of individual customer concepts.
- Convincing appearance as well as strong communication and negotiation skills – also at management and C-level.
- High initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and strong implementation skills.
- Very good German and good English skills; French is an advantage.
